ASHAM.com utilizes Moneris Solutions Corporation for payment processing, you agree to the following terms and conditions of service.

You agree that payment for services provided by the merchant you are purchasing from can be processed and collected by ASHAM Payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
By agreeing to these terms and services, you authorize ASHAM to complete the transaction on your behalf. You will be billed based on the products in your cart that you have selected at time of purchase.

Moneris Solutions Corporation is an Internet payment processor and does not control material being offered by ASHAM. This includes graphics, videos, audio, text, external links, search results, software, and any other content, electronic or physical.

By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years old.

Billing

ASHAM will appear on your credit card statement. ASHAM may also provide additional information on your statement dependant on credit card association.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via Canada Post.

Warranties, Refunds, and Repairs

At ASHAM we are obsessed with quality and innovation. Even though we manufacture the best curling shoes on the market today, we are continually striving for perfection. This is why we have instituted a quality assurance program enabling us to meet International Quality Standard (ISO 9003).

We will stand behind our products 100%. All products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Even after one year, we have a full repair service at very competitive prices. To ensure the best service, please send defective products directly back to our factory with an accompanying letter stating the problem.

Please mail all repairs (Attention: Warranty / Repairs) to the address below with an accompanying letter describing the work you would like to have done along with your return address and a contact number which we can call for Credit Card information.

If any verbiage in this document is deemed invalid by a court of law, it shall not invalidate the remainder of the agreement. By entering into this agreement you acknowledge that with any internet service, there are many factors outside of the control of ASHAM. Therefore, you agree to not hold ASHAM accountable for interruptions in service beyond the control of ASHAM Furthermore, if any lawsuit is filed against ASHAM, ASHAM is not liable for attorney's fees or damages greater than amounts collected by ASHAM.
